Keyword	Context of use
Civil war	The document is talking about war fought between two or many groups from the same country.
Crime against humanity	The documents is talking about crimes that are endangering the nature of Human kind itself, such as genocide, mass murder, systematic torture or rape.
Detention / Prisoners	The document is talking about people being put into custody, because they are suspected or charged with criminal acts or offense.
Development	The document is talking about economic growth, social progress, and expansion of social services.
Economy	The document is talking about general or specific economic aspects
Education	The document is talking about education, infrastructure, pedagogy, instruction standard, primary, secondary or higher education.
Ethnicity	The document is mentioning aspects of ethnic conflict or ethnic grouping in social or political life
Genocide	The document is mentioning deliberate killing or elimination of a population of people due to race, religion, ethnicity or political affiliation.
